How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, your Zlade products will arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Are your razors suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our razors are designed with precision-engineered blades and lubricating strips infused with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E to minimize irritation on sensitive skin.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How often should I replace my razor blades?

For the best shaving experience and hygiene, we recommend replacing your cartridge every 5 to 7 shaves, or as soon as the lubricating strip begins to fade.

Do you offer international shipping?
